We reserve the right to refuse to sell to known tape-traders, or to people with previously poor financial relationships with us.
Due to the proliferation of tape-traders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any sort on ANY of our media products (eg, VHS, DVD, CD, etc.), with the exception of sealed items that remain sealed.
ALL unsealed media items are tested upon arrival, and usually prior to being shipped, as well. Thus, we do not accept any returns/exchanges for damaged product. CDs are shipped in new jewel cases prior to shipping. Items are all hand-packed and prepared. It is your responsibility to purchase shipping insurance to protect your purchase from damage in transit. ALL claims for damage MUST be brought directly through the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage claims.
If you do end up qualifying to return or exchange a product, the cost to ship the item back to us falls to you.
We cannot accept returns of clothing items. We will do our best to tell you the size of an item, and the approximate fit, but ultimately, you must use your best judgment and ask questions prior to ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, at our discretion, if we believe there is abuse of the returns/exchange policy.
Special orders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on that page; in the contracts for the service; and the terms here.
We reserve the right to periodically modify these terms as needed.
